HOW ARCHITECTURAL STUDIOS MANAGE 3D VISUALIZATION PROJECTS: A STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE.
In the field of architectural visualization, the success of a project depends not only on the skill and professionalism of the artists, but also on a well-defined workflow. Understanding the workflow helps clients and artists to communicate productively and avoid misunderstandings. So how does the process of recreating projects in our studio work in detail in this article.
OUR WORKFLOW

- Creating a 3D model
- Viewpoints are defined, lighting and shadows are added.
- Selection of secondary objects
- Decorations and other objects are added according to the client's wishes.
-Post-processing - colors are corrected, effects are added. There are 1-2 rounds of edits with no extra charge. Additional changes are paid separately.

The project starts with the client providing the Terms of Reference. It is very important to provide all necessary materials such as CAD drawings, sketches, references, photos, texture information and any other supporting data

Mesh Render
This type of visualization displays a segmentation grid, showing the architectural geometry of a building without textures and lighting effects.
Rendering a 3D Model in a Gray Material
This method is similar to the segmentation mesh but includes light sources and other customizations, allowing designers to better visualize the geometry and design features.
Final Rendering of the 3D Model
Once all edits are approved, the final rendering in high quality is initiated. During this stage, technical parameters such as resolution and image quality are fine-tuned. The process is fully automated and may take some time depending on the computer's power.
Final Drawing with Post-Processing
The visualizer adds the finishing touches, including special effects, to enhance the rendering's attractiveness. The work is then ready for client presentation. If you wish to review intermediate results, please discuss this with your personal manager.
If it is important for you to keep track of intermediate results, stay in touch with managers and developers - such requests are not uncommon in interior design rendering.
Properly organized project management in architectural visualization is the key to quality results and saving your client's time. With modern 3D rendering services, you get a clear structure, flexibility, and a professional approach.
