This project presents a multi-storey complex. The building has a simple and laconic form. The multi-storey building plays an accent role due to the increased number of storey.  Symmetrical and stepped arrangement of windows distinguishes the smooth lines of the building. The color scheme of the house is light and visually facilitates the house. The color-allocated elements of the facade emphasize the geometry of the house.

       To create a comfortable environment, you will notice the arrangement of the cultural and sports area. The public area is represented by walking alleys and an adjacent parking lot. The sports area is allocated by the established sports ground.

       In the evening, you can see the illumination of the building. It helps to better emphasize the structure of the facade and gives depth to the relief. There are street lights throughout the complex that provide optimal illumination.
