We present a project where our team handled the exterior design rendering of a small cottage community, managing the complete cycle from initial concept to the final presentation.

In the initial phase, the client provided us with the necessary source materials, including a PDF file and material specifications. After discussing all the details of the render's design and the client's preferences, our team began the work.

The render was realized using 3D Max. The team started by sourcing materials for the facade and decor. Some materials were rendered by us, while others were selected from CGI Studio's extensive library.

Certain aspects were clarified in collaboration with the client. All necessary adjustments were made promptly, and the client expressed satisfaction with our team's work, noting the absence of any delays.

We presented the final render on time. The client was pleased with the result and appreciated CGI Studio's work.
