Thank you for your interest in learning AI. I enthusiastically helps designers get started using generative artificial intelligence tools to improve your process and client experience. The purpose of this guide is I'll tell you how to set it up and run it using one of the best AI image text tools available today: Midjourney.

available as a mobile app. Download Discord

Verify your Discord account via email and then go to Midjourney.com and sign in. You’ll need to pick a
subscription plan. I suggest starting with the $10/month option.
03. JOIN THE MIDJOURNEY SERVER
Open Discord and press the + button at the bottom of the server list on the left side window. In the pop-
up window, click “join a server” at the bottom. Paste: http://discord.gg/midjourney and click “join.”

On the left side window scroll down, join any newcomer channel labeled “newbies.” Note these
channels are public and intended for beginners to get started.

Type /imagine followed by your prompt to begin generating images. See p.4 for prompt ideas to get
started. You can also read more about prompts here: Midjourney Prompts Doc. Be sure to accept the

06. IMAGE PRODUCTION
After submitting your prompt, the Midjourney Bot will generate 4 unique images. Processing time may
vary depending on your subscription plan and settings.

Below your 4 images, you will see two rows. Use the top row “U1, U2, U3, U4” to upgrade your image and
the bottom row “V1, V2, V3, V4” to vary your image. See chart as a reference for how the images are numbered.
